SPR 1228145 - Pack and Go assembly does not reference components that are renamed with Select / Replace or from the column 'New Filename'. It's implemented in SolidWorks 2022 SP3. Our VAR had informed us that the Mirroring has been addressed and resolved in SP2.
Now we just need to wait for that to get released.

I typically create configurations in the sub assembly for left and right side. Most of the time none of the mirror options give me the positioning I am looking for. Absolutely. I'm hoping it will be a hotfix ... I really hope we don't have to wait for the next service pack.

All work fine in SolidWorks 2022 SP0.0.
Mirror feature in part seems to be working, but mirror parts in an assembly and mirror sketch in assembly have issues.

So ... we took the leap this weekend. Today is day one.

So far I have crashed twice opening a file that opens fine in 2021 Sp5.1.

gonna give it a week and get feedback from all of the designers. I will let you know our findings.

Out customer data sometimes come in with hundreds of individual sketches.

Hi Eddy,

I still haven't found it.

The way it worked ... you select the circle at both end of a cylinder along with the cylinder face, and the macro would add the knurl between the 2 circles on the face. it was very handy and looked way better than adding textures.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I have crashed SP4.1 multiple times already. Only good thing I've noticed on SP4.1 is they fixed the bug that wouldn't allow you to attach an annotation to to a part that was in the exploded state. No bubble bursted here. I still haven't had 2021 Sp4.1 crash on me ye...
