This option actually slows down the rebuilding performance on different systems, in our case more than 10%

I have done beta testing in 2023 and found a test assembly to have a rebuild time of about 6 seconds. But now in SP2.1 this same assembly has a rebuild time of 9-10 seconds. I am not sure where it went wrong because I did not test all SP. Do more people see slower rebuild times with newer 2023 SP? T...
