Fully defined till it's moved, up to then it is fully defined as stated. Very similar to "If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one there to hear it, does it make a sound?" Blue lines are the same. Don't move until they do. Don't see the difference. Blue lines don't make no sound.

Yes. Go to your User Control Panel and use these settings: Under Board Preferences, then Edit Display Options, make sure your Posts are set to Descending, and maybe even your Topics as well.
