And I can model which ever part I want "first". I can put it in a new assembly, guess what? Fix at origin. Keep going for the rest of the parts. I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing. Not everyone does machine design, or straight edged furniture. Nice flat faces, straight edges....

Here's a chart showing the difference between this forum and 3D SWYM. I have worked for 3 SW vars, and they ALL put noobies on tech support (including me when I first started). It's a great place to learn, but sometimes they learn at other's expense. And eventually they know a lot.
