We ran into the same problem with SolidWorks 2020 SP 5.0 and office 365. All our macro's didnt work. A repair of SolidWorks was enough to fix it.

Solved it.. reading through the SolidWorks help https://help.solidworks.com/2021/english/api/sldworksapiprogguide/GettingStarted/VSTA_2015.htm it states specifically vsta 2015. I had VSTA 2019 Community installed. Removed that and downloaded 2015 version and it works. maybe helpfull for someone else...

How to save as .vbproj with VSTA 3.0
Hello All, When I check "Enable VSTA VERSION 3.0" in the general settings I can only select "save as macro .swp". But when I uncheck it I can see all other options. But then I get a warning that "SolidWorks 2020 will be the last version of SolidWorks to support VSTA 1.0"...
