That's what Patrick McManus calls sequences... You get to the 5th step in the sequence and you give up out of despair and go fishing! Much less work and stress that way! P.S. They probably won't want to hear about spending more money, but you could replicate your servers at both locations with PDM Professional, so everyone would be seeing/working with the EXACT same files.

@MJuric is correct, Turning is not included with standard SolidWorks CAM.
