Does anyone happen to know any ISO standards that outline how to "correctly" name a part?
I know MIL-STD-100 / ASME Y14.100 has some statements in it, I assume there's an ISO equivalent somewhere but my search engine skills are failing me.

Just installed SW23 SP0.1 and you can indeed set Detail Views to use "With Leader" in the Document Properties, huzzah! Unfortunately there's no way of setting any of the parameters in the "Detail View" portion of the Feature Manager in Defaults (one for the TTL) but at least some...

Gost gets close, but it has the letter underlined instead of pointing to the center of the letter (which is what you get when you change from "Per Standard" to "With Leader", and what I want). By the way, I posted the Idea (again) and got a reply that it's existing functionality...

I find it interesting that the GOST leader is different to the leader you get when you set any other standard to "With Leader" (and I can't see any setting to toggle between underlined vs adjacent leader).

2. If you only have a single component to design, 3D CAD modelling is not an ideal tool due to its multi-layers and more complex procedures, while the 2D CAD program is good at handling it with more details. As noted by others, this really depends on how complicated the single part is. I've had ind...
