I am not sure what is going on.

I played with a few settings, including hiding the bend line sketch that is under the flat pattern folder in the tree, but it still showed the bend lines in the DXF when I checked it.

This is same with 2019SP4. Docking the Feature(Property) Manager will cause it to grow throughout the session. I vaguely recall some discussions on the old forum about it being a bug. No, I'm not going to try to find them. I just remember because we had the same problem early in our blunder into SW...

Save the part out as a Parasolid (x_t), and then import it back in. Parasolid is the native kernel of Solidworks, so you are literally stripping everything away except the geometry.

Try that and see what you get.

For a part or assembly that you have open, do this:
Tap R to bring up recent documents

Then select "show in folder" for that document.

Once upon a time blanks were allowed in Design Tables for Part numbers. Evidently, now they aren't. Dunno when this happened. I've got a fastener library that was created WAY BACK WHEN which has blanks in the Part Numbers. If I make the mistake of editing the design table, SWX reassigns this to $C....
