The "bounding box" of the text has to have it's center positionned at the center of the rectangle you want it centered at.

Depends on what are your needs also. In our case, we needed to have round holes with a constant spacing between them.

Hidden part appearing in the drawing is most likely caused by how it was made originally. Most likely was hidden in drawing originally then hidden in part. So the view most likely has the body to hide/show selected in it's view properties. The angled cut most likely don't appear because they are not...

The cause was my collegue got a production call and opened another file with the solver still open to be able to answer the question.

That was a quick example. Frequently you don't want to mirror the entire body, just a single feature. True. For hole wizards, I try to recreate an entire feature rather then mirror it because there are too many times where we've started with symmetrical sides and ended up with non-symmetrical sides...

The key is given free. If you do not plan to upgrade or pay subscription later, you can continue using the key. So there is no recurring cost. And you can use the key on multiple machines. The only downfall is that the key is not forward compatible i.e. it can not read/write data form future files....

The error you just posted speaks of Microsoft SQL Server, which means you tried to install the server image for the licence manager.

They are not compatible with Windows 11. If I am not mistaken, SolidWorks 2022 was the first version to be compatible with Windows 11

Try to run as Administrator then. The errors seem to point to something causing the files to not be created. Lack of space, lack of rights, missing setup files, something like that.

You don't need to edit anything, your Cut-Extrude1 loses it's reference upon a rebuild. Edit the cut and accept it and everything will be fine and dandy. Didn't re-happen after. Most likely, features were moved around and SolidWorks fumbled in it's reference reassignement. Since it hadn't been "...
