if you want to keep the same name but want to change view orientation then simply save the new view orientation with the same name and SW will overwrite the view name. Of course it will prompt you before doing that.

JP, how you want the macro to work? I mean do you want it to save STEP when part model is active and save PDF when drawing is active. OR do you want it to save PDF and STEP both when drawing is active.

Have you tried doing a manual sort through the UI using he exact same parameters? How is it inconsistent? Does the same BOM sort the same every time, just not as you expect? Workaround: Create a extrude cut of dia 4 which is tangent to both the edges (any corner). Now use the fill pattern and select that dia 4 feature for pattern and set your required options/settings to get the desired result.

Doesn't work with Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer (I tried all 3). - Create a HTML file using eDrawings. The users would be able to open the files using browsers on any device.
- Create 3D PDF files which they can open using Adobe or Foxit Reader.
