Hello,
when I try to download the data directly from the link, it doesn't work for me either.
But if I click on Download in the upper left corner, I can select the documents from Matt and download the desired data in the next window.

"Format" layer
The original drawing template contains the "Format" layer.
In none of the possible settings for dimensioning, labeling,.... I have not found a function that uses this layer.
What is this layer needed for?
