I tried to replicate this model. Fillet is placed to the edge of the model (time 8.30) but it is not coming to me. How to fix this?

The file I sent is not creating fillet? I just checked here at work and got the same result.
I also get this error if I try to fillet with just one edge selected. Try using Box Selection on the whole part, SW will automatically recognize the edges.
Or with Show Selection Toolbar on, will appear that selection options:

Fillet is fine, but I couldn't use thicken with 1.5mm on both directions. Just outwards is fine, tho.

This was the issue I had selecting edge one by one will not work. Using Box Selection will work. Do you know the reason?

Trying to select them form the outside is difficult because of the curvature, but not a problem from the inside.
