Is there a way to program a dimension radius / diameter toggle shortcut?

In an .SLDPRT sketch, is there a way to program a shortcut key that toggles a dimension between radius and diameter mode?

Currently, I use the mouse to select the appropriate option in the Leader tab.

I do this many times a day. It would be great to be able to do it faster.

Place the dim. Hover over the dim RMB, "Display as Radius/Dia"

Just saw this in 2022, these are the worthwhile enhancements that are sure to get applause in a full room of SolidWorks users, not the nebulous cloud stuff that usually gets pushed on us.

Its also possible to change on the Leaders tab. But if you want super fast probably a Macro

I had a go at recording that sequence of events - turning diameter into radius - using the basic built-in macro recorder. Long-story-short, I'm pretty sure the recorder doesn't recognize/record those particular actions. Might be possible if you learn some coding and edit the swp file manually. My learning has yet to take me as far as that. I'd be interested in seeing a working macro for this, if someone else has those skills.
