SWML for new line?

anyone know if there is a hidden SWML command for new line? 

I want to add a line to an annotation, but ONLY when a checkbox is checked in the property tab...

I can't really help you but there is definetly one as the program we use to generate our custom properties works that way.

Without knowing exactly what you're trying to do, it's difficult to know what to suggest. However, in testing manually entering Alt+010 worked to add a new line to a custom property.
