Can decals be shown/hidden as a key in an animation?

Unread post by mitchb »

As part of an animation, I'd like to show/hide a decal. I couldn't do it. Is this possible?

You can apply the decal on a dummy part (suggest using offset surface to copy the faces you want to apply on, while editing a new part) and hide/show that part in the animation.
