Equation Dialog Box - Off the Screen?

Still using SW 2017 here. Starting suddenly today in a part if I click on "Manage Equations" the dialog box for manage equations appears to be opening somewhere off the screen. My menus across the top of the SW window are greyed out like the dialog box is open I just can't see it.

Anyone seen this before or have any idea how to solve this issue?

Do you normally have 2 monitors, and now you only have 1? (or whatever n-1 is equal to)

I am using two monitors and connecting to my office using Gotomypc. The office monitors were disconnected, moved and reconnected. After switching which monitor was 1 or 2 a few times the missing dialog box reappeared.
