How can I repair split faces from an imported part? This is from a step file that was originally in creo. Thanks for your help.

You can probably use the Delete Face, but that kind of thing should be fixed automatically on import. Import Diagnostics is supposed to do it. Check Tools > Options > Import >

Split revolves are endemic to STEP, especially from Creo.

Per Matt, Delete Face usually fixes. Sometimes Replace Face works when Delete Face does not.

Sometimes STEP export turns planes and revolves into B-surfaces. That sucks, but there's a simple, stupid fix:
Export as STEP203 and reimport. Often this re-translates the B-surfaces into revolves and planes. Why? I don't know.

Once you're done, export as parasolid and reimport to get rid of your repair artifacts.
