I want the precision and tolerance type of dimensions to match the model. The precision and tolerance type set by the style can be ignored or the style can define dimensions to inherit from the model, either way is fine.
Example 1: I model a cuboid with a length of 18.5 mm. I add a dimension for it's length in the drawing and it should display exactly 18.5.
Example 2: I model a hole in a cuboid with a diameter of 3.45 - 3.50 mm (limit stack). I add a hole callout and it should display the diameter as exactly 3.45 - 3.50 (limit stack).
The goal is to force the precision and tolerance in the drawing to match the CAD, such that the CAD is the master and contains all geometric data. This is safer (less human input to the drawing) and enables use of the Tolerance Analysis and Analyze Interference tools.
How can I achieve this?

Similar in Inventor, Get Model Dimensions. I think.
I did similar once. Air over Oil cylinder. I did most diameter tolerance in sketch dimension and pull them into drawing.
