Just wait until we get some I, Robot level suggestions and it starts suggesting solutions that we "remove" the stupid people to increase the average IQ level.AlexLachance wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2023 11:51 am lol I love the formulation "Here are some ways that AI can help reduce human stupidity"

That's been suggested before, but there is a reproduction factor involved. Our robo overlords will take care of that when they eliminate us all.jcapriotti wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2023 1:14 pm Just wait until we get some I, Robot level suggestions and it starts suggesting solutions that we "remove" the stupid people to increase the average IQ level.

Re: AI can't fix stupid, yet
I'd imagine this would be the most effective solution if/when ai determines humans as parasitic. First order,.. dispatch lifelike non-reproductive drones while advancing gene silencing technology. In the meanwhile (living underground and hacking in) we attempt to convince ai,.. humans can provide a meaningful long term symbiotic relationship.

We've made AI dumb by interacting with it:

And it's heading to bankruptcy:

Call me cynical, but after everything we've learned in the last few months, I have no faith in "A study by researchers from" any university.

Re: AI can't fix stupid, yet
They probably asked the AI they just developed if it would be profitable to offer AI to the world. The AI, building it answers off the internet as a reference, has to contend with all sorts of bad advice, satire, and out right lies.
