PDM ERROR

Hello friends, I installed solidworks on my personal computer, I also installed the pdm client, but when I pressed finish in the last step while creating the safe, I got the error in the screenshot. The error given when I enter the system log is as seen in 2 pictures. Does anyone know the solution to this, I'm waiting for your help, thank you in advance.

It may be that you installed SQL Server with the wrong Collation setting. See this KnowledgeBase article
