I'm new in the forum, have a question. I have an assembly in STEP, I would like to transform all the assembly parts into separate files piece by piece, is there any way? How do I do?

Open the STEP file into SW (make sure you disable 3dinterconnect under Tools > Options > Import). And once assembly is fully open, click on save all.

With 3dInterConnect enabled, no induvial components will be created but only top level assembly but that too 1 level don.

You can right click the body folder and then use "Save bodies"

That may not be as useful as "Hide Bodies"...depending on what you are trying to do in France or Canada...
