Even my wife, who binge-watches these "movies" admits, that the plots are too similar, yet still entertaining and very easy to watch because you can be on the cell-phone at the same time ... without missing anything significant ...

I recently switched streaming services, and the new one has a dozen different Hallmark channels, all playing christmas movies. (Maybe it's less than 12, but it's way more than I ever knew existed.)

I switched to Youtube TV, but it didn't have the history channel, so I also signed up for Frndly. There are 4 Hallmark channels, but there's also several "Dove" channels that show similar content.

Though, I guess it's all relative. We don't watch a whole lot of TV and have a long backlog of shows to catch up on.

I came from Directv streaming app, which is twice that. At one time it was a cheap alternative to having a dish on your roof. Now it's just as expensive.
