CAD Dashboard is broken again

Unread post by mp3-250 »

At least for our company the machines are sending data to SW servers, but the session logs are not visible from the admin dashboard and since november the session and reliability logs for every machine are not updated.
Even if the machines are regulary used and in their system option the send data to solidworks is checked.

Submitted a sample RX to my VAR and a report to SW and we are in the "I got a lousy SPR and waiting for a fix" phase...

Re: Admin Dashboard is broken again (and again after the fix...)

we received the notification from our VAR that the issue was solved in SW2022. indeed we could see the session graph again.

Last week we updated to sw2023 and after one week the admin dashboard is broken again and I should start over again all the troubleshooting for a telemetry tool that sends our data outside the company to be lost god knows where...

After the update to 2023, I also started using the dashboard for the first time.
My idea was to use it to monitor the computer running the task jobs. Although I have set all the necessary settings, I have received virtually no status information about the computer. The information is updated very irregularly, and the information about an RX benchmark is not displayed either.

I have opened a ticket with my dealer about the matter.
Answer -> “The whole thing is not yet working very reliably, probably because of the move to the 3Dexperience platform.” Request closed!

Well, the dashboard is not exactly a flagship for a company that has set itself the goal of developing collaborative software.
All the "good" news about SWX makes me feel like I'm driving a truck with two trailers straight into a dead end.
