Marked Dims not inserting in Drawing

Howdy
I have a part template with some sketch dimensions Marked for Drawing, but they are not inserting when I put that part into a drawing view.
Using the same drawing template, other parts with dims Marked for Drawing are auto-inserting the dimensions, but not this one.

Is there some sort of part document setting that I'm not thinking of?

Only setting I'm aware of to use these is the ones inside the view commands but we don't really use marked dims.

Do you have this checked for that file?

(and it only works on view CREATION)

Once the view is created, you then need to use Insert --> Model Items
