I have an analysis problem with solidworks flow simulation to simulate the suction process when creating a vacuum chamber.

I set the boundary condition as outlet volume flow: 0.42m3/s and total pressure as 0.3 Torr.
After analysis, I got the results as shown. Can anyone give me advice on this analysis problem?
