Special Couplers - Square to Round

I'm looking for custom Square to Round couplers for our Rotisserie Cookers..

See the attached sample model part. All connections are slide fit and if you can do this, I'll need 10pcs of the coupling and 10pcs of a weld on 3/4" Sq x 4" long.

FYI, a square blind hole at 4xD is not the easiest thing to make. The only options OTOH are sinker EDM or a special broach to pick out the corners.

Not saying it can't be done, but a small design tweak could bring the price down exponentially. For example, could it be split into two parts and either threaded or welded together?
