Command Manager to Title Bar

In 2021v certain buttons are in the Command Manager. It is not the case in 2020v.

I usually use Alt + Button to drag and drop a button to my desired location but this does not work here. How can I move this buttons to Title Bar as like in 2020v.

Right click the Menu Bar of Command Manager area, select Customize.
Change your selection in the Quick Access Tools area:

When I tried to move those buttons one by one most buttons vanished. Is there any way to bring those buttons altogether.

My "Standard" toolbar has some customized additions and the entire group moves when I set the highlighted option to either the Menu Bar or Command Manager.

You're showing (11) buttons in your command manger in the first post.
I have (13) in my menu bar; that tells me Solidworks will display more buttons than you've shown.

Your second post only shows (3) buttons on the menu bar.
Silly question here:
Are all (11) buttons from the first post still in your "Standard" toolbar when you display it in the Command Manager?

I couldn't find an obvious setting for the number of buttons to display.

Changing the selection in the Quick Access Tools area & activating the Copy Setting Wizard, places all the Quick Access Tools.
