Maybe I'm confused about what "sophisticated" means. On the other hand, maybe I'm not, but sophisticated doesn't necessarily mean better?

And Y in front.

I - Impact, Incentivize
T - Touchpoint, Techlash

probably a ignorant way to say "unnecessary complex" from a generation trying to reinvent a overly simplistic ui whilst forgetting about shared context?

He did welded it wrong and need to rework it.
And still tell me he still make money for the company.

Depends what your interpretation of wrong is...Those drawings you gave him were just a suggestion...
