I've always wondered if that was just an old wives tail.

Machine Head released a new album last week and I've been rocking that for the last few days. Love their sound

No offense, but either I've never been feisty enough, or I'm too old . . . maybe both. This is more my speed (it's what is playing on Pandora now).

None taken, that would keep me relaxed more then have me feeling fiesty.
Have a listen at Charles Bradley, I'm sure you'll fall in love if you've not heard him before.

I had not heard him before, and you're right. I do like his music.

It's a shame Charles passed away in 2017, he had such a beautiful voice, filled with emotion and power. I remember the first time I had heard him sing Changes by Black Sabbath, in honor of his mom that had recently passed away. It brought tears to my eyes. I've never been much of a fan of Black Sabbath, but his cover is absolutely amazing.

You can have all of the shredding guitarists you want. I will take Gilmour's lyrical stylings over all of them.

Jimmy Page wasn't one of the best guitar players, but he was one of the greatest guitar players. Slight difference.

Sometimes, a little shredding is just what the doctor ordered.

First part reminds me of Primus and Les on the bass:

That somehow reminded me of the "I am Canadian" ads Molson Canadian used to make. Man those were great

She was in a group called Animal Logic with Stewart Copeland and Stanley Clarke.
