I am trying to add a radius dimension to a part. I need an arrow from the center of the radius to the circular edge and a leader from the arrowhead to the dimension. What I am able to draw, however, is either an arrow with a dimension in the middle, which puts my text on the part, which is wrong, wrong, wrong, or a leader to the circular edge and no arrow to the center of the arc.

Is there any way to create a proper radius dimension to the center of the arc, without having the dimension on the part?
