We upgraded to 2021 recently and 1 user has some weird issue.
When he open a drawing, all his document fonts change to Century Gothic, Italic.
I reloaded the sheet format and no change.
The Sheet properties SHOW that it changed but graphically nothing changes.
I checked that the file was reading from the correct location, it is, but nothing changes.
Any ideas?

While I don't remember seeing any other reports of that specific issue, a wide variety of problems can be solved by turning off the option shown below.

I would check that the font listed in the sheet format is installed on his computer.
