How to open only SolidWorks files by default?

Unread post by Cbecks Design »

Hey all,

I swear my system was doing this before... opening only SolidWorks files by default.

Now every time I click "File-Open" it defautls to "All Files" showing word docs, .pngs, .jpgs, etc.

How do I get it back to "SOLIDWORKS Files" only, without clicking the Drawing, Part or Assembly files buttons?

If you select one of these icons, it will remain selected until you turn it off.

So if you select all three of them, it will default to Solidworks files only.

I would try a Solidworks registry reset.
