Sheet Metal Bend - is it possible

So I am modeling a sheet metal part that I need help on. We take a piece that is flat with a hole in it and then make 2 bends on it, but the material is deformed so I am to sure how or if I can do it so it will unfold properly.

Here is the piece in the flat

Here is it shown belt, but I can't get it to flatten.

Anyone have any idea how to do it or even if it is possible?

I think this reply from another thread is appropriate here:

It's not manufactured via sheetmetal forming processes. You can't make that in a sheetmetal brake.
It is a stamping. made with a stamping die.

We do it in a press brake, you do the across bend first then overhang the end of the die to put the shallow angle bend in. But yes, the part is deformed with the second bend so I don't think the software can do it.

Have you tried using a form tool?

Surface Flatten can get a flat, not 100% but enough for bending.
