Super tiny snap icons

Short version:

The icons that pop up near the cursor when sketching are so tiny as to be useless.

I have searched diligently to find a solution, but to no avail.
I have found a lot of complaints about it, but no solutions.
(All other icons and fonts are fine, just the ones that pop up at the curser when sketching are tiny)

I have tried changing Display Settings in Windows, Compatibility Settings in Windows Properties, using Customize in SW, all to no avail.

Suggestions and Solutions are what I am looking for, please help if you can!

Edit: If it truely is the 'snap' that you are looking to make bigger, I don't think it's do-able but I could be wrong.
