After a year since my botched migration on ThE pLaTfOrM and only an half a year I am yelling at my VAR they should be the one in charge to setup my admin account on ThE pLaTfOrM, only to have them denying it until last week... well they activated admin credentials on my account and I can now see the cad admin dashboard without an "HTTP unknown error" popping up before kicking me out.

Admin dashboard on ThE pLaTfOrM is exactly the same as before ThE pLaTfOrM, with the same faulty layout and almost not customizable, but at least I have the telemetry data back from my workstations again. UU

I also have somehow like a dual profile?

The Admin Dashboard is still accessed through the old method described here:

Does that work for you?

This is what I see:
Admin Tools takes me to the support page. On that page is a "contact administration" link. It brings up this.

It brings me to some sort of dashboard that is pretty useless. It's pretty much a resume of my SolidWorks settings.
I was hoping to find something similar to the previous portal where I could view all SR and SPR's
