Cannot login on another computer

I have 3DExperience for Makers installed at home and it works.

I want to install at my work (social workplace- not workrelated).

First i installed the launcher at work but it is not launching, someone at the 3DExperience forum said on the that it could be the viruschecker but by checking that the viruschecker says it is trusted.

Secondly she said that i can run it on multiple computers but only at one, yes i know that and i have my computer at home totally closed.

Then they started to guess another solution:

Thanks for the screenshot. You should be able to access your Makers Platform from any device.
Follow the below steps and let us know if this resolves your issue. Before performing below steps, please close all your browsers. Make sure VPN and antivirus are turned off, they could be blocking the access.

*Disclaimer: We do not recommend turning off VPN/antivirus. It should be performed by taking necessary permissions from your IT admin.*

Add *.3ds.com as a Trusted Site from Internet options.
In Internet Properties, delete the Internet Explorer 11 (INetCache) cache.
In Internet Properties, reset the Internet zone to the default level.
In Internet Properties, restore advanced settings.
Clear your browser cache and open incognito/private window.
Sequentially login to the below links. [Note: These links are not for your Makers Platform. These are just for testing your 3Dpassport]
https://www.3ds.com
https://make.3dexperience.3ds.com/welcome
https://r1132100503382-eu1-3dswym.3dexp ... .com/#home
Once you successfully login for the link above, you can then proceed to login to your Makers Platform.
If the issue still persists, we might need to capture some logs from your end for further analysis.

It did not work, so i tried it also on my laptop at home, also no success.

So i remembered that i have another email account at 3ds.com and i purchased another Solidworks for Makers, no success, the install isn't even starting, i cannot login because (on another purchased product) i am logged it.

They give no other solution.

This makes me hopeless.

Thank you.

Finally I got through it, I made a shortcut of the welcome tab on my primary install, saved it to my hard drive and opened that link on other computers, then I am redirected to my official 3DExperience platform and I get the chance to install.
