FYI Copy Explode

I have had issues with trying to copy an assembly explode to many configurations (within the same assembly.
I only knew of "drag and drop" to duplicate an explode.
That is tedious and it adds "Copy Of" in front each explode name. You will get "Copy Of Copy Of....."
If I make a copy of an exploded assembly drawing that with only 1 exploded configuration I would also get a weird situation.
If I changed drawing view configuration to one that is NOT exploded, Solidworks would treat it as if it WERE exploded.
If you tried to move a balloon to another edge, it would act as if that edge did not exist and you would not see an Explode option in the view manager.
I have not liked this for a long time.
A coworker just found that you CAN copy an explode across MANY configuration.!
1. Make the configuration with the explode active, the explode need not active.
2.<Ctrl>+c the explode.
3. single select another configuration and the <Shift> select another configuration. This will select every configuration between the 1st and second pick.
4. <Ctrl>+v
This will copy the explode to everyone of the configurations.
Interestingly, it will name ALL those explodes "Copy of Explode View1". Try to rename them to "Explode View1" and it will not allow a duplicate name.
Thought I would share.
