Slow to open transitions in PDM Admin Tool

Woops. I think I might have buggered something up. I fully expect I might need to put in a ticket with my VAR but would also like to poll this group. I have been adding a more complex approval process to our PDM workflow for CAD documents. After a month of testing, we have determined that it would really be better if we had two different workflows.
I copied the workflow, and then we will use the newly copied workflow for CAD files. The old workflow will be for PDFs. Because the PDF workflow has fewer states and transitions, I deleted out the old transitions, and renamed all the states to "Obsolete1", etc. While doing this, the admin tool crashed once, and I had to redo it again. I accidentally tried to save it when two states had the same name, it gave an error and then it crashed again. Then when I opened it up the transitions started acting a bit funny. I was able to clean up the interface, but now when I edit any transition in any workflow it takes ~60-90 seconds for each transition to open. This is true in any of our workflows, not just the one I was working on. It could be a coincidence and caused by something else I changed or just happened outside my control.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this before and know what might cause it?
