Over on the 3DSwymP someone said they had trouble with dynamic highlight turning off. (Yes, it does it by itself, especially if you have a 3D mouse.)

Since I don't believe in supporting that dumpster fire of a platform, I thought I'd post it here. Kudos to @dpihlaja for providing it.

Very old issue, the 3d mouse toggles it off for performance reasons......I guess it errors and forgets to turn it back on. Not sure who to blame.
