This is a varying sketch pattern video. Here instead of "Offset Entities" if I use "parallel relation" it is not producing a desired result. What make the difference here?

There is no difference because you have only shown one thing. We cannot find the difference between one thing and no thing.
Parallel relation works just fine if you do everything else correctly.

You did not add any dimension between the edge and the line.

You've got no parametric relationship between the angled line and the angled edge.
And... I hate to sound like a broken record, but this is exactly the example from my book. These people are really shameless. And it's old. It's probably 20 years old, and these guys are showing it as new. Geez. Is there anything they present that is an original idea?

Thanks.
Things work this way in the world. For example, take Japan no invention of technology, only application of other countries invention to make huge money. They are doing this very well.

There are many things that may be that "way in the world", but using someone else's work and claiming it as your own is still deceitful.
