Here is my latest large project (with the customer part hidden):
This was designed using the master model technique (with a smattering of SSP in there)
This is an electro-chemical deburr fixture for deburring the areas where holes cross inside the part (areas that are really hard to get to by hand)

My best disaster! Great design work and a great team overcoming great challenges, torpedoed at the 11th hour by an overzealous founder with an itchy trigger finger.

here are a few of my latest projects designed in SolidWorks and rendered in Unreal 5
I designed the hydraulic cylinder. With some FEA to make sure thread will hold and cap and gland won't blow out.

Current project: 44 ft firewood conveyor- modular construction, high-way towable, hydraulic lift, radial drive wheels to pile high and wide, optional radio controls for processor or loader operator.
